All the important things to know

What kind of pets are allowed?

Our apartments are pet friendly, but there are a few restrictions on the type, size and breed. As a general guide, small pets are ok, but medium and large ones might not be.

You pay a little more rent for every pet you own, to cover the cost of cleaning and general wear and tear.

View our pet policy here.

Is there car parking?

Yes, there are 28 secure underground car parking spaces, especially for residents. You can apply to rent one for a monthly fee. They’re going fast but please apply to reserve your spot.

Does the gym cost extra? When will it open?

No, it doesn’t cost any extra, so work out as much as you like. It’s due to be completed later this year.

Do the apartments come furnished?

Your apartment can come furnished with our premium-quality furniture package, which includes luxury pieces from Scandinavian designer HAY. We’ve thought of every detail – from the sustainable sofa fabric, to the king-sized sumptuous beds in every bedroom. And it’s all part of your rental agreement at no extra cost. Or you can choose an unfurnished apartment and bring your own furniture. The choice is yours.
