Our apartments are pet friendly, but there are a few restrictions on the type, size and breed. As a general guide, small pets are ok, but medium and large ones might not be.
You pay a little more rent for every pet you own, to cover the cost of cleaning and general wear and tear.

Yes, there are 28 secure underground car parking spaces, especially for residents. You can apply to rent one for a monthly fee. They’re going fast but please apply to reserve your spot.

No, it doesn’t cost any extra, so work out as much as you like. It’s due to be completed later this year.

Your apartment can come furnished with our premium-quality furniture package, which includes luxury pieces from Scandinavian designer HAY. We’ve thought of every detail – from the sustainable sofa fabric, to the king-sized sumptuous beds in every bedroom. And it’s all part of your rental agreement at no extra cost. Or you can choose an unfurnished apartment and bring your own furniture. The choice is yours.
Yes. Apartments will be set up for Freeview, Sky TV including Sky Q, Virgin Media.
Yes. It’s free and secure, and available to residents on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Absolutely. Our clubhouse is on the ground floor with superfast broadband. It’s a great spot for catching up on work, entertaining friends or just chilling out.
Most definitely. We’re creating a vibrant community and will be running regular events. Everything from wine and cheese tastings, and summer BBQs, to book clubs, summer BBQs and yoga. There’s something for everyone.
Stay as long as you want, from 6 months to 5 years. You decide your contract's length. And we only ask for 2 months' notice before you leave.
We ask for a dilapidation deposit of one month's rent when you move in. (The dilapidation deposit is refunded on condition of the property being returned in a good condition at the end of you tenancy). Please contact the Resident Services Team for more information.
Yes. A holding deposit must be paid in order to reserve a home. The amount due is dependent on the home you reserve and will be deducted from your first months’ rent.
